We ask you for your inbound flight number so that we can monitor the progress of your flight and have the driver at the airport at the right time. This avoids un-necessary waiting time for the driver and minimizes the VERY HIGH parking fees imposed by Stansted Airport Ltd |

Our driver will be INSIDE the airport terminal with YOUR NAME on a board, 30 MINUTES after the actual landing time of the flight. He will stand in a prominent place. You will have been provided with his direct mobile phone number. If you encounter a delay at immigration or Customs we ask that you call your driver. If you plan to travel with only hand luggage please let us know in advance and our driver will attend 20 MINUTES after landing time. |
HOTEL / HOME COLLECTIONS - We aim to have the driver in position 5 minutes BEFORE the pickup time |
We only make transfers to and from airports. We don't provide taxis for bars, clubs and pubs. Any driver will only have 3 or 4 jobs to do in his working shift and understands the importance if being on time. We only accept bookings that we know we will be able to complete on-time with a comfortable margin for delays. Most taxi firms take on all jobs, regardless of their man power and inevitably run late on bookings throughout the day. WE DO NOT WORK LIKE THIS. |
